FESTO hydraulic elements, valves and pipes. MISHUBICH VVVF motor. The mould clamping system design is adopted by the advanced toggled lock design producing strong clamping force. The mould thickness can be adjusted by gear-turned belt automatically. On the blowing base of machine, an automatic moving device is assembled. PREHEATER The preheater is an infrared heater. When the preforms being heated in the infrared heater by circulation movement, they can also be rotating independently. Inside the preheater, there are 22 holding heads for the preforms and 12 infrared pipes providing 12 zones of different heating temperature.
