It is used for the reaming and countersinking of the spoke bolt holes.
2. Process quality requirements for porous drill products:
●The surface roughness Ra of the machined bolt holes is: 6.3.
●Accuracy tolerance of bolt hole diameter after machining: diameter tolerance≤±0.10mm, position tolerance≤0.30mm
●Production time: 2 pieces/min.
●Processing range: spoke outer diameter φ350～φ620, thickness 9～18mm, height 30～160mm
3. Process flow:
●Processing process: workpiece positioning table -- fast forward -- work advance -- reaming, countersinking hole -- fast backward -- stop -- take out the workpiece.
