Moliplas loss in weight feeder series, through the precise control of extruder screw and traction device, to ensure the stability and reliability of extruded products (thickness/meter weight). The weight sensor at the bottom of the barrel continuously collects weight loss signals to measure the output of the extruder, and then controls the speed of the extruder screw to ensure that the actual output is consistent with the set output.
The control of the traction device calculates the actual traction speed through the Rice machine, and compares with the set traction speed, by controlling the traction frequency converter to ensure that the set value is consistent with the actual value. In order to ensure that the thickness/weight of the extruded product is the specification required by the customer.
Loss in weight feeder through extrusion and traction control at the same time, in order to fast and stable control of extrusion products, change product specifications in one minute. Precise thickness/meter weight control can save 2% to 3% of raw materials.
